This video tutorial shows you how to install Windows 7 in a netbook that doesn’t have a DVD drive and without having to prepare a USB drive.
The video shows 2 ways of getting this done.
Option 1:
- Download the Windows 7 ISO image.
- Install the Magic Disc software from http://www.magiciso.com/tutorials/miso-magicdisc-history.htm
- Mount the ISO image.
- Start the installation.
Option 2:
- Put a Windows 7 DVD into another PC’s DVD drive.
- Share the DVD drive with the network.
- Access the shared DVD drive from the netbook.
- Start the installation.
